About
This is a blog designed primarily for those of us who write poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, drama, or some combination thereof. How can literature confront something as massive as the climate crisis? What if you thought that climate chaos was so out of control that the social fabric might be coming apart? How would it affect your writing practice, how you think about it, or what you write about? . . . Join in the discussion!
I alternate between essayistic prose posts on the questions above and versified chronicles of recent weather madness, with the occasional post by a guest blogger.
For the raison d'etre of the blog, see the April 30, 2019 entry.
For a rationale and explanation of "Poem of Our Climate" and its form, see the Dec. 6, 2019 entry
O - and I take weekends off (from this, anyhow).
